The message of the teacher of musical education in general education varies in form and content in a message of change from teachers, due to the nature of musical education and its relationship to the cultural identity of any society, and its own subjective features, so taking care of the teacher of musical education and programs of preparation and training should be the focus of genuine attention in all development programs of all its directions. If it is to bear fruit, then it is not possible to expect a development in the absence of musical cultural identity, the ray of its culture is based on its language, arts and art teachers of all kinds are the human entity on which society has relied for the task of establishing identity and the culture expressed by the recipient, which is a moral responsibility as well as a professional responsibility imposed by the nature of the subject matter. The use of VR is an essential step to modernize education so that future education becomes with the Internet to reach scientific truth. Based on this, the current research aimed to improve the teacher's performance in teaching through the use of reality. The results of the research found the importance of using virtual reality in the development of professional growth in the music education teacher. Therefore, one of the most important recommendations and proposals of the research was: 1- The need for the professional development of the teacher of musical education before and after service and training in the employment of modern technology while helping to self-development. 2- Attention to the technological preparation of the faculty member and the auxiliary body to be able to use information technology in the programs of preparing the music education teacher in his educational institutions. 3- Attention to the development of public education institutions in a path in parallel with the development of institutions for the preparation of the teacher of musical education.
