Abstract:
Higher education institutions have seen a great revolution of interest to achieve quality assurance in recent times as a result of the use of most countries, systems and procedures to ensure quality in education compared to the systems and procedures used in the industry, and because of this attention to lower academic standards as a result of the great expansion, and its inability to provide quantitative outputs and how than required by the labor market, and low government funding for education as a result of the financial crisis and the growing competition between higher education institutions, especially with the increasing trend towards privatization, the growth of academic programs directed to the labor market, which called for the end to provide minimum standards of quality in higher education institutions to meet these challenges . So most of the world has sought to develop its educational institutions and improve the quality of their outputs targeted ILOS, which requires a commitment to certain standards in teaching, research and community service, and offered custom-tailored, through the revision of the methods and procedures used in the work evaluation of those institutions, which include the dimensions of quality in education university all the functions of this teaching and its activities and programs, academic research, scholarships, and enough productivity of faculty members, and the provision of community-based environmental services and others, is also an internal self-assessment and external auditing by independent experts from the basics of quality promotion and quality improvement in higher education institutions ..... It Hence the research problem. The researcher has developed some standards for the evaluation of the second year students to assess their performance in playing the accordion, as follows: • Grab the right of the machine. • Identify and machine parts. • How to Open and lock the machine accordion. • different playing styles. • different schools in playing the accordion. • overview of the accordion and the instrumentalists months. • Altknt that give the aesthetics of a musical work. Therefore, the researcher proposed a model for assessing student performance in playing the accordion to students of the second year, according to the objectives set out in the course specification and to achieve the desired outputs ILOS)) and stand on the negatives and processed. The researcher recommended to apply assessment on all the difference scholarships in undergraduate standards in various subjects in order to achieve integration between the program's learning outcomes and learning outcomes specific to courses to reach out to the academic accreditation, which is spoken of the quality system to improve the quality of the educational process outputs of efficiency graduates - and linking education institutions to institutions productivity - and increasing trust between them and the community, and then is respected on the national and global levels.
