The right to health is one of the most important social rights which has been recognized as a human right at the international and regional levels, as well as through most national constitutions . The right to health is a comprehensive right that is not limited to the provision of appropriate health care services, but also includes a set of elements related to it, clean water, safe healthy food, adequate housing and a healthy environment. We talk through this study about the guarantees related to receiving health care services like the right to dignity, life, physical integrity and equality of all citizens in receiving health care services. In addition to guarantees related to receiving health care services , we talk about Judicial protection of the right to health. There is no doubt that the judiciary plays an important role in monitoring the state’s implementation of its constitutional obligation to protect the right to health This study presents the judicial protection of the right to health by explaining the role of the administrative and constitutional judiciary in protecting and promoting the right to health .
