Study’s purpose: to evaluate effect of pressure ulcer interventional suggested guidelines on patients' outcomes in intensive care unit at X University Hospitals. Methodology: a quasi-experimental design was utilized in the current study. The Study sample was selected purposively which composed of 30 patients. Two tools were used; Tool I (patients' assessment questionnaire) which composed of two parts; demographic characteristics for patients, patients’ health status. Tool II (Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing). Major results: There was obvious effect of suggested guidelines in improving PUSH score as; there was clear decrease mean of PUSH score with satisfactory nurses' Knowledge and practice. Clinical implications: Continuing professional development for pressure injury prevention and management should include evidence-based educational methods and strategies.
