Abstract:
The main goal of the implied work is to develop and validate an environmentally friendly, in-tandem with stability-indicating method to determine the amount of chlordiazepoxide and clidinium bromide in tablet dosage form and bulk. The green mobile phase utilized was potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (0.025 M) (pH 3.5) 60 %: ethanol 40 % (V:V) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. 210 nm was the detecting wavelength, 10 mu L was the injection volume, the analysis duration was <12 min, and the concentration range of chlordiazepoxide and clidinium bromide was 20-140 and 10-70 mu g/mL, respectively. The method's sustainability was demonstrated by the conclusional AES (Analytical Eco-scale) of 85, the AGREEprep (Analytical Greenness Metric for Sample Preparation) of 0.75, the MoGAPI (Modified Green Analytical Procedure Index) of 78, the BAGI (Blue Applicability Grade Index) score of 80, and the whiteness of 95.4. The method that is being provided demonstrates exceptional attributes, including environmental friendliness, rather than the published methods as discussed below, ICH validation parameters, and cost-effectiveness.
