This study aimed to identify the level of latent delinquency behaviors among middle school bullying victims (hearing and integrated hard of hearing students) and to examine the predictive ability of school refusal and alexithymia on these behaviors. The research was conducted on a sample of (231) middle school bullying victims aged (12-17) years with an average of (15.55) years and a standard deviation of (1.353). Using the School Refusal Assessment Scale (Kearney, 2006) adapted by the two authors, along with researcher-developed scales for alexithymia, latent delinquency behaviors, and school bullying victimization, the results revealed that: no statistically significant differences between hearing and hearing-impaired students in school refusal scale and its subscale dimensions (avoidance of negative stimuli, avoidance of social/evaluative situations, excessive attention-seeking) or the total score; however, significant differences (p < 0.05) were found in the positive reinforcement outside school subscale favoring hearing-impaired students. Significant differences were found between groups in all subscales and total scores of both alexithymia and latent delinquency measures. Positive correlations were found between school refusal (subscales and total score) and both latent delinquency and alexithymia (subscales and total scores). The results confirmed that latent delinquency behaviors can be predicted through both school refusal and alexithymia among middle school bullying victims (both hearing and integrated hard of hearing students).
