Abstract:
The current study aimed to measure the relationship between corporate social responsibility practices and organizational commitment by applying it to workers in some of the companies included in the Egyptian Social Responsibility Index. On a sample of 350 individuals، the data was analyzed through regression analysis، and the main results of the study showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the two dimensions of corporate social responsibility، namely (social responsibility towards employees، and the general dimension of corporate social responsibility) and organizational commitment، as well as the absence of a significant positive relationship for the rest of the dimensions of social responsibility.
