The research aimed to develop a vision for a program based on using a problem-solving strategy to raise the level of achievement of the theoretical harmony course among second-level students in the Department of Music Sciences, in addition to identifying the effectiveness of the program based on using a problem-solving strategy to raise the level of achievement of the theoretical harmony course among second-level students in the Department of Sciences. The quasi-experimental method with one group and two measurements (pre/post) was used. The second hypothesis is that there is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the experimental group in the two post-measurements and the follow-up test of the achievement test for the theoretical harmony course.
