The research aimed to prepare a proposed program to develop some of the active learning skills of the student teacher in the Department of Music Education, in addition to revealing the effectiveness of the proposed program to develop some of the active learning skills of the student teacher in the Department of Music Education. The research followed the quasi-experimental one-group approach, and the sample was chosen from The students of the second year in the Department of Musical Sciences at the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University, numbering 20 male and female students. The research relied on collecting data on a note card evaluating the student teacher’s performance of active learning skills (pre- Post-test), and the validity of the hypotheses was verified, including the presence of statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group students’ scores in the pre- and post-measurements of a note card evaluating the student teacher’s performance for developing some active learning skills as a whole (and for each skill separately) in favor of the post-application.
