The effectiveness of a proposed program based on the integration between solfege and playing and singing school songs to improve some singing and playing skills among students of musical colleges Introduction: Integration is one of the modern trends of educational curricula, the skills of solfege and playing and singing school songs are interrelated and complementary skills as the skills of playing and singing school songs depend almost entirely on those studied by the student in solfege. The research aims to 1- Improve solfege’s skills 2- Upgrading the level of students in the skill of playing and singing school songs on the piano. 3. Measuring the effectiveness of the proposed program based on the integration between solfege and playing and singing school songs to improve some singing and playing skills of students of musical colleges. This research is divided into two main parts: First: The theoretical part is divided into: (previous studies related to research, Integration between subjects, solfege, playing and singing songs. Second: The applied part is divided into: (research procedures, research results, recommendations and suggestions, references in Arabic and foreign, appendices, research summary in Arabic and foreign) the research resulted in the proposed program led to a significant improvement in the performance of the skills of the sample students in the subjects of solfege and playing and singing songs
