Abstract:
As a result of the great deal of attention and interest which have beenrecently directed toward the study of free radicals, lipid peroxidationproduct arid the possible role of antioxidants. This work was designed tothrow further light on the scavenger effect of three naturally occurringproducts, silymarin, whey protein and Brewer’s yeast when usedindividually or in combination.The present study deals with the determination of some antioxidantenzymes as superoxide dismutase, catalase and reduced glutathione inaddition to lipid peroxidation marker (malondialdehyde), and some bloodparameters as total proteins, albumin, globulins, A/G ratio and Hbconcentration in wistar rat.A total of one hundred and fifty healthy male Wistar rats, weighing• In camel fetuses from 50 to 112 cm CVR length, the connective tissue septa inbetween the lobules became thinner and the lobules had well demarcated cortex and medulla. The cortex increased in thickness and represented about half of the lobule.
