Biotyping of staphylococci in relation to antibiotic resistance profile

Abstract:
Several different epidemiological methods have been applied in studies of C.N.S. such as biotyping ofstaphylococci and antibioticsusceptibility test while wide spread of antibiotic without previous sensitivity testing resulted in development of multidrug Bacteriological examination of a total of 115 samples obtained from cow milk and human urine (from milk 38 isolates and from human urine 3 isolates) the highest incidence was noticed amongsamples obtained from milk 38% mean while such incidence amongA total of 38 staphylococcal strains isolated from cow milk weretested for coagulase production revealed 10 isolates coagulasepositive, staphylococci 26.3% and 28 isolates coagulase negativestaphylococci (73.60/0). Meanwhile a total of 15 specimen isolatedfrom human urine, and 3 were identified as staphylococci and theremain were Gram-negative bacteria and 3 isolates were coagulasenegative (20%) on the basis of total samples and 100% on the basis of
