Abstract:
Several different epidemiological methods have been applied in studies of C.N.S. such as biotyping ofstaphylococci and antibioticsusceptibility test while wide spread of antibiotic without previous sensitivity testing resulted in development of multidrug Bacteriological examination of a total of 115 samples obtained from cow milk and human urine (from milk 38 isolates and from human urine 3 isolates) the highest incidence was noticed amongsamples obtained from milk 38% mean while such incidence amongA total of 38 staphylococcal strains isolated from cow milk weretested for coagulase production revealed 10 isolates coagulasepositive, staphylococci 26.3% and 28 isolates coagulase negativestaphylococci (73.60/0). Meanwhile a total of 15 specimen isolatedfrom human urine, and 3 were identified as staphylococci and theremain were Gram-negative bacteria and 3 isolates were coagulasenegative (20%) on the basis of total samples and 100% on the basis of of Science, Cairo University.28 adult male albino rats were divided into four groups, 2 controlgroups and 2 groups exposed to 1 G MF for 21 consecutive days. Onegroup was scarified at the end of the 21 days to study the effect of MF onfertility parameters (group 1) and the other group (group 3) was kept for48 days after ending of exposure to MF to study the delayed effect ofEMF. Blood samples were collected at time of scarifying in tubes withoutanticoagulants for obtaining serum to be used for estimation oftestosterone level. Testes were carefully excised and weighted.Epididymis was removed and mixed with physiological saline thenhomogenized to obtain supernatant and was handled as the semenexactly. Enzymatic antioxidants (superoxide dismutase and catalase) andnon enzymatic antioxidants (vitamin C and vitamin E) werebiochemically measured in the semen samples. Testes were fixed inBouin’s solution for the histological and histochemical examination byPAS stain. The testes weight showed significant decrease in both groups 1 and3 than that of 2 and 4 respectively.Testosterone level was significantly higher in group 1 than that ofgroup 2, while no significant difference was noticed between group 3 and group 4.All parameters of semen picture (sperm count, motility, viability and normality) were significantly decreased in groups 1 and group 3 than that of group 2 and group 4 respect
