Avian influenza is the most important and dangerous disease in birds, so the rapid and accurate diagnosis is one of the most important methods to control the disease.The poultry industry in Egypt depends on the fattening live bird farms /broiler farms, also the nature of the Egyptian customers in their desirability of purchasing fresh chicken meat, as a largesector of Egyptians depend on the poultry industry as a source oftheir income, the delta region is considered as one of most higherregions in poultry density and productivity in the field of poultrybroiler industry.There were spread of symptoms of avian influenza in that region, as well as the high mortality a survey on 100 farms from different five provinces in the Delta region that suspected of being infected with avian influenza, some of the symptoms that has appsymptoms including ataxia, torticollis, paralysis in wings and legsand recumbence.)
