Abstract:
Hatchery sanitation has attracted the attention ofseveral workers. The chicken hatcheries with their hightemperature and high relative humidity provide an almostoptimal microclimate for the occurrence and development ofseveral fungi. The a1m of this work 1S to determine var10US fungicontaminating eggs in the hatcheries and to correlate betweentheir occurrence on eggs (shell and contents)and the generalhatchery sanitation. Meanwhile, to find the possibility offungal egg shell penetration which may lead to spoilage ofeggs and to lower ing the i r ha tchab i 1 i ty percentage due toThe present study, a brain-child of the previous ’concept, is designedfathom the possible effects of danofloxacin and spiramycin on theonomic neurotransmission .Adrenergic neurotransmission:-Isolated preparations:-Effect on the perivascular stimulated rabbit jujenum:- Both danofloxacin and spiramycin elicited a concentration-related depressant effect on the perivascular stimulated rabbitjujenum. Danofloxacin; 0.03,0.06 and 0.12 mg/ml elicited a 39.35% ±3.75,56.38% ±2.85 and 65.90% ± 1.70 blockage respectively of therabbit jujenum control responses after 30 minutes.Spiramycin; 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/ml blocked 46.90 ± 5.95,
