Abstract:
1) Incidence and occurrence of Candidaspecies in manand animals have been studied.(2) Samples from the vagina of women, cattles, sheeps,and camels, sputum of man, milk of buffaloes~ andcrop, proventriculus and gizzard of chicken, werecollected for isolation and identification of Candidaspecies:a. Out of 50 pregnant women, Candida species weretubular gla~ds which are considered as cardiac glands. The termination of the middle long narpart connects with the mucosa of the terminal dilated part. This latter one has at its greater curvature thick folds, containing the propergastric glands (pepsinogen gland) which differ somewhat from those in the pecora, espeCiallyin the arrangement of the parietal cells and thebehaviour of the chief cells which can storemucous •during fastening or diminishing of thefood in the camel.At the lesser curvature of this terminal dilatedpart the mucosa is foldless and contains pyloricglands, similar to those in the pecora.
