Abstract:
the chemical constituents of the raw material used, i.e.mandarin, lime peels and roselle. the possibility of using mandarin, lime peels and roselle as flavoring and coloring agents in the carbonated beverages manufacture.the physical, chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic changess of the carbonated beverages occurred throughout storage period at room temperature were determined.
