Abstract:	Terphthaloyl isothiocyanate 1 was reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give triazole 3. Addition of carbon nucleophile (ethyl cyanoacetate, crotonate, and/or enaminone) to 1 was described. Also the chemical transformation of pyrimidine 12 was reported.
