Abstract:
This study is an attempt to investigate the cohesion of etylistic features in the poetry of gerard manley hopkins. in fact, studying the langugage poets us can be a proper means to a better understanding and deeper apprecition of their artistic achievements.As far as the language poets use is concerned, ”in-seape” is a formal, cohesive element whose main connota-tion are ”desihn,” ”unity” , ”integration”” and ”organi-zation” inseoaping the language of a poem is an artistic attempt to integrate those linguistic and stylistic featuresthat create a belanced style into a coherent pattern.
