Abstract:
Chemical Composition and amino acids patterns of food processing wastes were also determined. wastes resulted from food industries like guava seeds, rice germ, corn germ and soy bean as comparable standard for functional proteins.Functional properties of soybean, rice germ, corn germ and guava seed protein isolates including protein solubility, water and oil holding capacity, emulsifying properties, and foaming properties.
