Abstract:
It can be concluded that an increase in heavy metals concentration sprayed to Washington Navel orange trees decreased citrus leaf miner infestation percentage. Cd at the uppermost concentration gave the most apparent decrease infestation percentage followed by Ni and Pb.In similar studies it is important that the further researches are needed to elucidate the heavy metals distribution in the environmental and the pollution of different crops especially fruits of cultivated species concerning source of pollution, translocation and accumulation of heavy metals in such fruits to avoid the dangerous effects to plant and human. <br.
