Evaluation Of Some Fodder Preparation Equipments Under Egyptian Conditions

Reducing size of grains by crushing is normal operation in most of poultry farms. The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of some different poultry fodder milling and mixing equipments as a sample of private fodder preparation equipments which commonly used in Egypt. The study included operational time consumed, equipment productivity, operation efficiency, power and energy requirements and costs considering economical management.
