In addition to the unavailability of a suitable method for harvesting the oocytes efficienty and a suitable basic medium for maturation of oocytes in these species need further studies. therefore this work was planned to investigate blood and follicular fluid componentes, the ovarian activity in breeding and non breeding seasons and to compare different media and different additives for in vitro maturation of the dromedary oocytes.
