The present Study aimed to genetic evaluation of twenty three genotypes for heat tolerance, as well as determine of genetic behavior under heat stress condition in tomato and trail to discovery of some molecular genetic makers associated with heat stress (R A P D and I S S R mahers) using bulk segregant analysis (B S A) to be used in maker assisted Selection( M A S)Program and to develop a database which will enable the utilization of genetic makers as selection tools to improve crop characterization.
