Propagation of globe artichoke plants by tissue culture technique

The aim of this work to study the effect of some growth regulators, sugar concentrations, Such as IAA. IBA, NAA and kinetin and some mixtures in MS-media for. in vitro propagation of artichoke and inducing rooting of the shoot together with a suitable method for adaptation of the produced plantlets, before planting in the field.
