Abstract:
Antibiotics are used frequently for treating animal diseases. When they given to animals during the lactation period, they are partially excreted in the milk and produce problems of public health .Fermented dairy products are the most widely consumed dairy products by human being all over the world. Culture dairy products have different starter cultures, these used in their manufacture. The aim of the present work was to detect antibiotics in milk and milk products using Delvotest - SP and Yoghurt Culture Test (YCT). Trails were carried out to produce induced starters and applying it in kareish cheese and yoghurt manufacture.
