Studies on potato brown rot disease under some irrigation systems in Sharkia Governorate

Isolate the pathogen from tubers, soils,water and weeds collected from potato field at various locations of El-Monufia, El-Gharbia and El-Sharkia governorates.Identification the pathogen using physiological and biochemical properties, cultivation on semi-selective media of south Africa SMSA)medium)(Engelbrecht,1994 as modified by Elphinstone et al.,1996),immunofluorcence antibodies stain (IFAS), faty acid,DNA methods using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and box-PCR.
