Abstract:
the objective of this investigation to study : 1.Chemical evaluation of olive, red grape and white grape pomaces to use as additive nutrients.2. Evaluation of phenolic and flavonoids, qualitatively and quantitatively as scavening radical and antioxidants agents.3. Evaluation of pomaces ethanolic extracts as antioxidants and scavenger, also as antimicrobial and anticancer agents.
