Indicators of soil degradation in arid regions

the current work was undertaken for three purposes. The first is to display some types of soil degradation through some state indicators that reflect the condition of degraded soils such as compaction, Stalinization, codification, and water logging. The second is to formulate a mineralogical indicator of soil health that could contribute to the so-called minimum data set.
