Chemical composition of different flour streams with different granulation and utilization in different products

The aim of this work was to designate the suitable flour streams (sole or mixed) from American or Australian wheat which having a best qualities of physicochemical and rheological properties for the distinguishable production of different baking products incomparable to that of (Total1) or (Total2) flour.
