Abstract:
The present work aimed to investigate the efficiency of the natural products of eight Egyptian medicinal and aromatic plants such as aqueous and solvent extracts, essential oils and volatile plant substances in inhibiting and controlling the chosen fungal pathogens and their powdery mildew diseases, respectively, under laboratory,greenhouse and filed conditions . Also, valus of these substances in controlling mildew of pepper (Leveillula tawrica) , okra (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and squash (Sphaerotheca fuliginea) in comparison with a fungicide and three biocides were evaluated .
