Test for selection of a resistant strain P.gossypiella to a formulation of B.thuringiensis aizawai using a laboratory colonybas well as a field colony collected from cotton fields simultaneously usibng another parallel line using Dipel 2X;a formulation of B.thuringiensis kurstaki for compression to simulate nature as possible we tried to use newly hatched larvae which were fed on the contaminated diet for one hour only then transferred to untreated diet until popation.
