Studies on Propagation of Cucmber Plants Through Tissue Culture Technique

Micropropagation of cucumber offer advantages as: Providing a rapid industerial method to increase the number of clonal plants from single seeds of lines which have individual superior traits, especially in the case of gynoecious hybrides cultured in greenhouses, because of its high price (45-65 Pstlseed).The aim of this study was to establish an efficient and reproducible method for propagation of cucumber F1 hybrids through tissue culture technigue.
