Nutritional Evaluation Of Some New Green Forages Sown Under Egyption Condition

Rabbit production has potential in many developing countries as a mean of supplying cheap high quality animal protein within the shortest possible time using diets based maninly of forages. In Egypt in general, there is a great shortage in animal feedstuffs particlarly during summer season and early outumn.This study was conducted to investigate the effects of feeding growing new zealand white (NZW) rabbits on different levels of concentrates with kikuyu grass or sorghum sorghum ad-libtum and to decreasing feed cost.
