Abstract:
Enzymes can be used to improve the nutritional value of this by product and to reduce the feed manufacturing cost. The goal of the present study was to : Evaluate the efficiency of enzymes for improving the nutritive value of traditional and untrditional by-products. Estimate the consequence of the utilization of the previous experimental by-products on growth performance and fattening broilers provide detailed information on the effects of the enzymatic tested by- products on blood constituents, Visceral organ weights, carcass, characteristics and the economic efficiency of feeding theexperimental chickens on the enzymatic by products. predicting the response of chicks to the present experimental sources as replacement for protein or energy sources in broiler rations without/ with enzyme supplementation..
