Abstract:
The plant growth regulators have been reported in many cases to affect the mobilization and distribution of nutrients within the plant body (Ystaas, 1971 ; Embleton et al 1973; garcia martinez and garcia-papi,1979; Abou-Rawash et al 1980 and babo & lavania, 1985)Keeping in mind the economic importance of mandarin in Egypt, attempts were made in the present work to clarify howfar the foliar application of both GA3 (C19 H22 O5) and B-9 (succinamic acid 2-2, dimethyl hadrzide) could affect growth, productivity, fruit quality and leaf mineral content of this fruit tree under the Agro-Climatic conditions of Ismailia Governarate.
