Physiological Studies on Growth, yield and Active Ingredients of Mustard Plant

Medicinal plants are considered one of the most important sources of income for Egypt. In new curtivated desert areas, there are many economical plants which can be curtivated successfully such as wriite mustard plant. The seeds of white mustard produce mustard powder which acts as stimulant to gastric mucosa and increase pancreatic secretion.The powder is useful as a home remedy, emetic for children , and valuabre in treating poisoning Claus et.al 1970. The Present Work was Conducted to study the effect of different levels of some saliity combined with the different concentrations of Cycocel. It also Studies the effect of Salinity Combined With the effect of microelements (ZN and Mn), to Reveal the most favourable treatments.
