Abstract:
Citrus is the most improtant fruit and the economic value put it front in the countries on the top with other important Egyptian crops Hence, its acerage exceeds any fruit species, ccordingly, the present investigation had been planned to investigate the possibility growing better valencia orange trees of high productivity under all available combinations between three water levels (9.60, 19.20 and 28.80 m3/tree/year) and thres of nitrogen (685.0, 1015.0 and 1345.0 gms.N/tree/year ). The results would help to determine the most appropriate irrigation level i.e. the minimum amount of water with the best fertilizer mixture in order to attain higher tree growth, yield and better fruit quality via drip irrigation system in sandy soil.
