This ivestigation was designed to :- Isolation and identification of the causal pathogen.- Investigation and identification of the viral infection on host ultrastructure.- Detect viral in pea plants and hosts by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and tissue blot immunoassay (TBIA).- Study the reaction of pea varieties to viral infection.
