Abstract:
The present study therefore was conducted at wadi sudr, south sinai, to raise wheat using low quality irrigation water of an average salinity level of 3633 ppm and soil salinity level of 8.04 mmhos/cm to find out the most efficient nitrogen carrier(S), as , the proper mode of nitrogen application when split applied fully through soil or partially through soil and wheat foliage. the study used sakha 8 cv as a salt tolerant cv and traced the rffects of different N levels and carriers in a number of splist fully through soil or partially through soil and foliage on growth, floral fertility, grain growth and development, carbohydrate and protein accumulation during grain filling, NPK uptake and grain yield.
