Abstract:
Green feeding system moddels have been applied in most advanced foreign countries as well as in egypt during winter oeriod. High quality green forages are not available for our livestocks during summer period as well as the concentrates quantity are limited and economically expensive. At the same time, there is an increase demand for animals products, especially meat and milk, due to the steady increase in populations and the improvement in the living standard. consequantly, it is of great importance to increase the improved cattle production and poplation, which requires more feeds to cover the nutritional requirements regularly along the year. The objective of this study is directed to Examin the effect of feeding napier and sordan grass by two different levels on milk yield and its composition as well as milk fat yield and its qualities using lactating buffaloes.
