Studies on Carcass Evaluation In Lambs

Carcas quailty constitute one of the important aspects that determine the success or failure of Lambs fattening programes . Its assesment is needed to detect the means that can be used to improve meat production from Lambs . Some earlier reports are available on evaluation for Rahmani Lambs ( Badreldin, 1951 ; Younis et al., 1972 ;Aboul- Naga et al., 1973 ; Abbas , 1978 ,Abdel Aziz , 1979 and Hassona , 1980 ). Thus there is still a necessity for further studies in this respect .
