Abstract:
The present work was designed to investigate the effect of two physical treatments (chopping and grinding)and using three alkali sources with different concentrations and their effects on the improvement of feeding value of poor quality roughages. roughages selected for this wok were from the group of roughages which are still used either inefficiently or used in purposes other than feeding ruminants.
