Abstract:
With the extensive increase in human population and the raise in the standard of living, there will be a continual increasing demand for animal products such as meat, eggs and milk. Poultry meat is usually more preferably to the consumer than mutton and beef. it is a matter of fact that poultry including broiler chicks have higher relative growth rate than sheep and cattle.Investigate the effects of varying dietary protein and energy levels in different calori: protein ratios and methionine supplementation on the perfrmance and carcass quality of broiler chicks during 6 to 10 weeks of age under egyptian farm conditions against their feeding costs.
