The main objectives of this study are to investigate the effect of photoperiod and methionine levels on growing and laying Japanese quail. Results obtained seemed to justly the following conclusion:1. The photoperiod of 24hrs/day and methionine level of 100 or 115% of the NRC recommended level is suitable for growing Japanese quail chicks from 1 to 6 weeks of age.
