Studies on mushroom production

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different substrates on development and production ofPleurtus spp. for the races of P. columbinus (strain 250),P. florida (strain 238) which is commonly known as oyster mushroom and determine the optimum mixture composition and weight of substrates for culture as an applicational indicator to convert laboratory investigation into mass production application.
