Abstract:
Rabbits are characterized by small body size, short generation interval, high reproductive potential, rapid growth rate, genetic diversity and the ability to utilize forages and by-products as major diet components, making them suitable as meat-producing animals in developing countries. The obgective of the present study was to determine whether choline or inorganic sulfate can reduce the requirement for choline or inorganic sulfate can reduce the requirement for methionine in diets or not for reproductive effeciency of rabbits. The effect of breed and parity were also investigated.
