Abstract:
The present work was carried out to investigate: Survey the mycoflora associated with grains of different local varieties and imported grains. Isolation, identification and pathogenicity tests of fungi developed from storage wheat grains. Effect of temperature and relative humidity on linear growth of tested fungi, percentage of germination and percentage of infected grains. Effect of different temperature, relative humidity and storage period on :- pathology of stored wheat grains- chemical composition of stored grains- rheological properties
