Nutrional Studies on Some Green Forage Crops

Study is to evaluate four important fooder beet varieties. It was som at wadi- El natroon, behera governorate using newly reclaimed sandy soils. the productivity of either roots or leaves as well as the total yields for each variety were recorded. the ;leaves/ roots ratios were calclated for each varity. Also, the study amied to find the effect of storage roots under rice straw along 60 days after extracting or in the air on DM losses and nutritive analysis. Fodder beet leaves also preserved in form hay.
