Studies On Enzyme Production By Some Microorganisms

The present work aimed to implicate: Isolation, purification of some soil fungi and comparing them with other known isolates by adopting a primary screening experiments for cellulolytic fungi. Identification of the most promising isolates and subjected them to the secondary screening using different criteria for selecting the over cellulolytic strains. Study the effect of some nutritional sources and environmental parameters on the activity of some selected isolates for maximizing the cellulase enzyme activity.
